Family Jam Classes
Join Emalee Pierce in the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen and make your own batch of something special to take home and enjoy. Here is a wonderful opportunity for families to learn how to cook jam in our beloved 1903 kitchen. Each pair will learn how to make jam using traditional methods and leave with four to six (8oz.) jars of finished product they made themselves. We provide all the materials, so all you need to do is come ready to learn and have fun. Children must be at least 6 years old to be in the kitchen. This is an opportunity for ONE adult and ONE child (ages 6 and up) to make jam together.
