A jar of sticky fruit jam is a classic Cape Cod souvenir, and you can make your own at this historic 1903 kitchen. The cast-iron burners were converted from kerosene to propane back in the 1930s, but little has changed since, making this a thoroughly old-fashioned experience. Flavors vary with fruits of the season, and participants leave with four to six jars of their own making.
