Take a breather with birds. We invite you to join us for an experiential dive into the practice of Mindful Birding. We will slow down and relax our nervous systems by mindfully tuning into the birds at the Green Briar Nature Center. The birds are excellent allies to bring us into the present moment to experience rejuvenation and connection to nature. The practice is a simple yet potent way to cultivate relaxation, a quiet mind, and a deep love for birds.

Mindful birding dovetails perfectly with the awareness and presence needed to learn the secret language of the birds. By paying attention to birds’ vocalizations and behaviors, we can decode their communication. Deepen your kinship with birds through mindfulness in the great outdoors.

Molly is a mindful birding guide. She is certified by the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership and in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She is trained as a Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute and facilitates Mindful Birding for Green Briar Nature Center, Mass Audubon, Weaving Earth, and the Center for Spiritual Journey.
